On Superfluid Properties of Asymmetric Dilute Fermi Gases

Aurel Bulgac
University of Washington

The asymmetric dilute Fermi gas is host for a surprisingly extensive range of phenomena, unusual pairing mechanisms and superfluid coexistence. A two component dilute Fermi gas at zero temperature appears to be in one or even two superfluid phases always and, when available, the experiment seems to confirm this theoretical conclusion.
