Nuclear structure inputs for nuclear reaction studies using phenomenological effective nucleon-nucleon interactions

I will present my current studies and future plans concerning fission barriers, optical potentials, level densities and radiative strength functions within a microscopic framework based on non-relativistic self-consistent mean field (plus correlations) approaches using nucleon-nucleon interactions, mostly of the Skyrme type.
