Full Bayesian Evaluation Technique - a Nuclear Data evaluation method valid for 5-150 MeV

The Full Bayesian Evaluation Technique provides evaluated angle-integrated cross sections and covariance matricies from 5 to 150 MeV for incoming neutrons. A-priori knowledge of the evaluation consistes of cross sections given by nuclear models and associated covariance matrices. The latter contain uncertainties stemming from limited knowledge of the parameters and model deficiencies. This prior knowledge is updated with experimental cross ections and covariance matrices estimatd from the literature.
