Two-proton emission from proton drip-line nuclei

Recent results on the two-proton radioactivity of Fe45 from GANIL and GSI will be presented, which show the first evidence of this new radioactivity. Beyond the present results, future studies will be discussed. In a second part, new results on two proton emission from excited states in Ne17 will be presented. In these complete kinematics measurements, the angle between the two protons has been measured evidencing a He2 emission pattern.
