Lattice QCD and Nuclear Physics

Martin Savage
University of Washington

I will discuss the current status of lattice QCD in nuclear physics, and what might be possible in the near future. I will then show the results of fully-dynamical calculations by the NPLQCD collaboration of the nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitude at pion mass of 350 MeV and higher, and discuss the extrapolation to the chiral limit.
