The standard nuclear data files for Russia (and the FSU) are contained
in the BROND libraries, the currently released version being BROND-2.2.
The BROND data available from the T-2 Nuclear Information Service were
downloaded from the NEA Data Bank in January 1997 and repackaged for use
with our Nuclear Data Viewer and for easy access for downloading and
browsing the files from our Data area.
